About the Movie
The movie is a journey through the heart of Buckeye Nation that tells the story of the largest college sports fandom in the world, told by its most interesting fans. In 2003, while a senior at OSU, Mike Newman got the inspiration to make a documentary about Buckeye Nation on the night the football team won the national championship. Ten years later the stars aligned and he began a journey across Ohio to tell the stories of the most interesting fans he met along the way. From the beginning he wanted to tell the story of Buckeye Nation from the perspective of the fans because it has never been done before and it's a side to this awesome fandom that we rarely see.
